For their growing business needs, the company needed an office space of 10,000 sq ft to accommodate their expanding team.They wanted an office space that has excellent metro connectivity and is located in the heart of Delhi. They were considering locations like Connaught Place because they believed that a posh location would enhance their brand reputation.
We showcased them various options in CP, including buildings like Gopal Das and Barakhamba Tower, and Statement House; however, they were not impressed by the building conditions, especially as they were at a higher price point than their planned budget.
After carefully analyzing the situation and understanding the client’s needs, we suggested they take a look at some of the properties in Jasola. We showed various buildings such as DLF Tower B Uppals M6 , Salcon and ABW Elegance but budget was a serious consideration for them since they had raised funding at that time, and investors were very particular about the money spent on discretionary expenses like rental. Owing to this, they were not willing to spend any further money on the interiors and furnishings.
After a lot of consideration and research, we were able to find and showcase a property to them in TDI Centre where the landlord was willing to furnish the property and give it to them at a very reasonable price compared to the other Grade A buildings in Jasola. Eventually, this turned out to be the best fit for them, and the deal moved quickly. We even supported them in verifying the BOQ for the interiors of their property with the help of our in-house projects team.
They finally moved into their fully furnished office space in the TDI Centre in Jasola and we hope that this office space will help them to reach new heights in the future.

Being a France based company, the client was very precise and paid close attention to every detail, from ceiling heights and natural light to brand aesthetics, layout functionality to the location of the office space, and everything. To meet their expectations, both our commercial leasing and interiors teams decided to work as one unit.
