Meet Our Founder
Srishti Dhir is the founder of Hub and Oak and the person behind everything the brand has become since she started it in 2017. She is a London Business School alumna and came into real estate with a clear head about what she wanted to build, a digitally enabled property brand based out of South Delhi that actually understood what growing startups and early stage businesses needed. In the beginning that meant coworking spaces across prime locations in Delhi NCR. She set those up herself, figured out what worked and kept going. Over time Hub and Oak grew into something much bigger.
Today the company works across all kinds of property needs, commercial spaces, residential properties, warehouses, factory land and commercial interiors. That evolution did not happen overnight and it did not happen easily but that is the nature of building something from scratch. What drives Srishti now is proptech. She is focused on using technology to make real estate simpler and more accessible for businesses and working professionals who do not always know how to navigate the property market on their own. Our Founder and CEO, Srishti Dhir, was honoured with the ‘Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2025’ award. She started her journey in 2017 after noticing that many businesses struggled when it came to planning and setting up their workspaces.
