A Lawyer approached us to design and execute his office space in Jangpura so that he could meet his clients and manage his team in a productive and motivating environment. We measured the whole property and provided some options of layouts. He selected the layout that most appealed to him. We also provided a presentation on the types of design aesthetics that we could achieve for his office space and he chose the designs that were more appealing to him. We then discussed his budget and his requirements in detail and provided a detailed breakdown of the Estimate of the project costs.

Our Proven Step-by-Step Interior Design & Execution Process

We start by meeting the client and listening to their ideas. We ask about their likes, budget, and what they want in their office, shop, or restaurant. We also talk about the time needed and special requirements. Then we visit the site, check the space, take measurements, and see what all is possible.

Next, we prepare a design proposal. We keep in mind modern needs like internet, meeting rooms, tea/coffee areas, pantry, parking, air conditioning system, security, and more. We show the client how the place will look and how the office interior design will work.

We make a clear budget that includes materials, furniture, lights, and labor. We discuss the cost with the client and make changes if needed. Once the client agrees, we fix the payment plan.

After this, we finalize the drawings, furniture, lights, and other items. If needed, we also make 3D visualizations so the client can see the space better. We also prepare a timeline to make sure the work finishes on time.

We arrange all the materials, furniture, and appliances according to the design. We deal with suppliers, check quality, and track deliveries so everything comes on time.

Our team starts working on executing the plan efficiently. We manage carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters. We keep visiting the site to make sure the work is going right and up to the mark.

Once the main work is done, we do quality checks. If there is any problem, we fix it. We also complete finishing touches like painting, polishing, and final fittings.
