One of the most celebrated actors in Bollywood, John Abraham recently bought a luxurious two-storey bungalow facing Linking Road in Khar. The actor spent a whopping amount of Rs 71 crore to acquire this palatial property which was owned by 81-year-old Pravin Nathalal Shah, a resident of Pennsylvania in USA. 

The property boasts an open land area of 7,722 sqft and a 5,416 sq ft mansion named Nirmal Bhuvan. According to the reports, John  paid a stamp duty of ₹4.24 crore on the transaction.

The 51-year-old celeb, who is currently living in a sea-facing penthouse at Hiten Apartments in Bandra West, has been known to be a keen property investor. John Abraham is said to have invested in various companies across different sectors including food and beverages, lifestyle, fitness and real estate.
