Unlike other co-working spaces, which mostly cater to tech and creative startups, Hub and Oak is focused on providing workspace solution to professionals such as Lawyers, Chartered Accountants and Finance Professionals. Hub and Oak is entirely self funded and has been fully occupied and profitable within one month of its inception and has a waitlist for its current office space.

The membership with Hub and Oak comes along with amenities such as access to a private cabin and/or workstation, high speed internet, scanner & printer, conference room, video conferencing, power backup, centralized air conditioning, valet services and unlimited supply of coffee. All of this comes at a starting price range of Rs 8,000 per month going up to Rs 40,000 per month for exclusive private cabins.

Also, keeping in mind about the space required by professionals to store their files and documents, Hub and Oak has created a dedicated lockable storage space in each private cabin, which also ensures security and privacy.

Last but definitely not the least; the Hub and Oak membership comes with a professional address for all the members, which is a boon for professional who are just starting out their careers.

Plans to expand

Hub and Oak plans to up 3 more self-funded centers in the next 6 months in Delhi-NCR and to be the workspace solution provider for at least 500 professionals in the city by end of this year.

Additionally, it is in discussions to give out franchises to 10 shortlisted property owners at critical locations in Delhi NCR, while maintaining the same quality and consistency that its clients are used to.
